We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact representation due to screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All      information provided is accurate 
• Payment      is authorized and complete 
• Orders      may be canceled if fraud is suspected 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. ALL SALES FINAL (No Refund Policy)

Due to the nature of our boutique and limited inventory:

Exceptions may only be made in the case of:

• Damages      caused by shipping or 3rd party handling
• Lost or      stolen packages once marked delivered 
• Damages      resulting from misuse of products

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

RETURN / NO RETURN POLICY

Returns & Refunds

At Salt & Stone Company, we carefully curate small-batch and limited inventory pieces.

Because of this:

👉 All sales are final 👉 We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges

Please Note Before Purchasing

We encourage customers to:

• Double-check      sizes, quantities, and selections

Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• The      wrong item 

You must:

📌 Email us within 48 hours of delivery 📌 Include:

• Order      number 
• Clear      photos of item + packaging 

If approved, we will:

• Replace      the item (if available), OR 
• Issue      store credit at our discretion 

Non-Eligible Issues

We do not offer replacements or credits for:

• Buyer’s      remorse 
• Sizing      issues 
• Minor      variations in color or style 
• Delays      in shipping 
• Shipping      damages

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

During launches, live sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

Tracking

Salt & Stone Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:

• Stolen      packages 
• Incorrect      shipping addresses entered at checkout
